PVC-it Debuts on PVC

PVC-it It's highly likely that you've heard of Digg. In fact, we have a Digg button on most articles, and have been "dugg" numerous times in our illustrious first 42 days of being online. The code monkeys here at PVC (namely me), have been working feverishly to bring a Digg-like clone to the professional video market. Let's face it, as valuable as Digg is, it's really for the general consumer m…

Things are about to change.

What makes ProVideo Coalition different than all of the rest of the sites catering to the video market? For one, we've collected a remarkable set of "Founders". The founding editors come with an amazing history writing for some of the biggest magazines/websites and are deeply involved in the market. Secondly, ProVideo Coalition shares an amazing 40% of the advertising revenue with the writers. Yeah, read that again.... That's how we can attract the best writers in the industry. Typical best prac…

Scott I have posted an important and challenging technical Question with the details at the Video editors Group. Pls go through it and I would appreciate If you could move the same on to the main page or to the blog to give the post more visibility.

The objective for the post having more visibility is to help the video editors to unleash their talent in a different perspective which is not going to be so easy.

This would be an acid test for all the editors across the globe to understand that there are more challenging projects, apart from special FX and similar services they must be currently offering to the video or the film industry.

Anti piracy.
We work on state of the art software and hardware. Why don't we spare time out in combating piracy of content. These softwares and hardware have the capability for implementing algorithms to secure content which we rarely use. MPAA just laments about the billion dollars of revenue loss, but do not seem to be responsible

the above is a brief. I do not know how to upload a video in comment wall. I would like to upload a 2 second clip.If someone can help me in understanding the process of uploading the the clip , we can take it further to the next step of interactions in detail. If I upload it to youtube , and post the ref:link here, can it be viewed? all my posting s are data driven.

Envious here. I had a 5 series and the last iteration of the 4 door 3 series (no M available in 4 door that time around). Now if can get PVC moving along, maybe an M3 could be in my future....

updated personal website

Hi guys, just a quick update. My personal website (www.ilovehue.net) is now up-to-date. I have uploaded a lot of clip I worked on in the past years. Nothing new for the one who went on the old website but still, it's going in the right direction. Most of the 2D is done in MOTION. The low-fi 3D is done with Zaxwerk softwares and the editing work is done in Final Cut. My resume will get updated soon. Shamelessly propoting himself, Mathieu Marano
